The Programme will be back at MWC Barcelona, 2-4 March 2026. Catch up on event news on @GSMAPolicy and by searching for #MWC25MP on X and LinkedIn.

Ministerial Programme 2025

From 3 to 5 March 2025, leaders from government, industry, and international institutions came together at the GSMA Ministerial Programme to meet their global peers and engage in dynamic discussions in an exclusive environment at the heart of MWC Barcelona.

This year, the GSMA Ministerial Programme delved into crucial issues including responsible AI governance, energy efficiency of networks, future spectrum for mobile, and continued the dialogue on investment as operators strove to stay ahead of network traffic growth.

Save the date: the Ministerial Programme will be back at MWC Barcelona 2-4 March 2026.
